If your computer does not turn on for any reason we can arrange a collection and return service.
With an average turn around of 3-4 working days*, this is a cost effective option if you are not in a rush.

On-Site Support
If you prefer not to use collect and return, need a quicker turnaround, are having problems with your home network or you need help setting up new hardware (such as printer, router, WiFi extenders) we can arrange to visit you on-site.
